  • 摘要: 为了有效地检测输油管道泄漏并准确定位,运用负压波和质量平衡原理,采用模糊算法和逻辑判断法,利用压力、流量和输差三重机制实现了对原油管道的泄漏监测及定位、原油渗漏监测和报警.系统集成了传感器技术、无线通信技术和虚拟仪器技术.系统在对小压力、小流量和温度波动较大的高凝稠输油管道的泄漏监测方面有所突破.利用数据库结构,再现泄漏记录,回放历史数据并具有对历史数据进行统计、查询和打印等功能.采用无线通讯网络传递现场工作站的数据,并实现局域网内对管道的监测.

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively detect leakage and determine its location in oil pipeline, a sytstem based on the theories of instantaneous negative pressure wave and compensated volume balance is proposed. The system explores blur algorithm and logical diagnosis, and utilizes the three mechanisms of pressure, flow and flow-deviation to implement leak detection and location, seepage detection and leak alarm. The system integrates the application of sensor technology, wireless communication technology, and virtual instrument technology. The system achieves better results in leak detection of high coagulating and thick oil pipeline having low pressure, flow rate and high temperature differences. The system can redisplay leak data and history, and can also calculate, query and print data by means of the database structure. The system achieves real-time data transfer and detection of oil pipelines in LAN by using wireless network.
