Abstract: An improved method of enterprise Java Beans (EJB) container design is introduced based on interceptors. This method is aimed at the demand of implementation of invocation for the EJB container in the distributed dynamic database middleware. Through the use of interceptor stack and components based design, the modularization of container is improved and the degree of coupling between different modules is decreased. The interceptor invocation is customized through XML configuration file, in this way the application modules gain more scalability and flexibility.
