聚氨酯-橡胶组合挂胶负重轮有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on CPUE-Rubber Combined Flange of Load-Bearing Wheels

摘要: 提出了聚氨酯-橡胶组合挂胶负重轮设计方案,采用有限元方法建立了组合挂胶负重轮有限元模型,分析比较了聚氨酯与橡胶不同厚度比例情况下负重轮轮缘的应力、温升.分析结果表明,胎面聚氨酯挂胶厚度为胎体总挂胶厚度的20%~30%时得到的组合挂胶负重轮的设计方案最好.Abstract: Puts forward an analysis on cast polyurethane elastomer (CPUE) and rubber combined flange for a load-bearing wheel. Based on the finite element method, mechanical and thermal models of combined flange load-bearing wheel are set up and analyzed. Stresses and temperatures of CPUE and rubber under different thickness proportions are compared. The results show that the optimum thickness proportion of CPUE within the total flange thickness amounts to ca. 20%~30%.
