Synthesis of Mesoporous Molecular Sieve MCM-48 Using Surfactant Gemini as a Template and Applying the Microwave Radiation Method

  • 摘要: 以新型表面活性剂双子表面活性剂C18H37N+(CH3)2(CH2)10N+(CH3)2C18H37·2Br-作为模板剂,采用全微波辐射工艺合成出有序介孔材料MCM-48.研究了全微波合成过程中的体系配比、酸碱度、微波功率和时间对反应晶化和脱模的影响.结果表明,利用全微波技术合成介孔分子筛MCM-48,与水热法相比可缩短反应时间,所得产物具有三维的介孔排列结构,孔径约3.5nm.

     

    Abstract: A new surfactant——the surfactant Gemini in the series of alkanediyl α,ω bis (dimethylalkyl ammonium bromide) C18 H37 N +(CH3)2(CH2)10 N +(CH3)2C18 H37 ·2Br -, was used as a template in the synthesis of MCM 48 applying microwave radiation. The effect of different factors, such as ratio of raw materials, pH value of reaction medium, power and duration of microwave radiation employed in crystallization and removal of organic template process up on the morphology of the products was investigated. The resulting samples were characterized with such techniques as XRD. The results showed that the reaction time and energy required in the synthesis of MCM 48 mesoporous molecular sieve by the microwave radiation method were greatly reduced in contrast with those needed by the hydrothermal method, and the samples, having pore diameters of around 3 5 nm, displayed a three dimentional mesoporous structure with a short range order.
