信道化接收机中10~12GHz微带交指滤波器的研究

摘要: 针对信道化接收机的10~12GHz滤波器,研究微带交指滤波器的实现,提出一种设计微带交指滤波器的方法.根据微带线中电流的对称性,将微带交指滤波器分成互相独立的平行耦合节.通过平行耦合节阻抗综合过程,可以简单、准确地计算出各平行耦合节的参数,从而确定微带交指滤波器的参数,并根据计算结果用ADS进行了软件仿真和优化.该方法设计简单,硬件容易实现.测试结果表明,该方法可行有效,适合于工程应用.Abstract: Microstrip line interdigital filter is selected for use as 10~12 GHz filter in multi channel receivers. A method of designing microstrip line interdigital filter is proposed. According to the symmetry of current in microstrip line, microstrip line interdigital filter is divided into parallel coupling pairs independent of each other. Given the impedance of a parallel coupling pair, parameters of each parallel coupling pair can be obtained simply by the process of synthesis proposed in the article, and so parameters of microstrip line interdigital filter given. This method is simple in designing and easily available for hardware realization. The ADS software is used to simulate and optimize the computed data. Finally, the tested curve is given. The method proposed is recommendable for engineering applications.
