摘要: 经 U V光交联得以稳定的牛血清白蛋白 -重氮树脂自组装膜在 p H值分别为 3和 9的溶液处理后 ,由于蛋白质中二硫键的不稳定性 ,使自组装膜始终具有负电性 ,并对亚甲基蓝产生吸附作用 ,并且酸处理膜具有比碱处理膜更强的吸附能力 ,同时在酸中的解吸附速率远大于在碱中的解吸附速率 .该自组装膜有望作为阳离子传感器 .Abstract: The covalent attached self assembled film based on bovine serum albumin (BSA) and diazoresin (DR) irradiated by UV for 10min has negative electric charges after it was immersed into a pH=3 0 or pH=9 0 solution for 10min because the disulfide bonds in the protein are liable to decomposition. Methylene blue (MB) was absorbed on the surface of the DR/BSA self assembled film. The amount of MB absorption on the film treated by acid solution was much higher than that treated by base solution. At the same time, the desorption of MB in acid was much faster than that in base. The DR/BSA self assembly film might hopefully act as probes for cations in the future.
