红霉素肟的HPLC分析

The HPLC Analysis of Erythromycin 9-Oxime

  • 摘要: 用HPLC方法分析合成甲基红霉素中间体红霉素肟的含量,考察了该方法的稳定性.采用外标法,色谱条件:色谱柱Nova-pakC18;流动相V(CH3CN)∶V(0.033mol/LKH2PO4)=30∶70,检测波长205nm,检测灵敏度0.1AUFS.结果显示该方法有很好的稳定性和精密度.

     

    Abstract: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been widely used in the quantitative analysis of erythromycin 9 oxime, an important intermediate for the synthesis of new erythromycin derivatives. HPLC method is used to analyse the content of erythromycin 9 oxime, and the stability of the method is evaluated. The results show that this method has a good stability and high accuracy. External method is applied, with the following chromatographic conditions: description of column: Nova pak C18, eluent used: V(CH3CN)∶V(0 033 mol/L KH2PO4)=(30∶70), detection wavelength: 205 nm, detection sensitity 0 1AUFS.
