Abstract: A new method is proposed to construct the estimation mode and to compute the system Ao, by presenting a hypothesis and strategies of restoration, setting the task-time line, simulating unit failure and restoration time using the Monte-Carlo method. For the system to complete all tasks its Ao has been preset and will be useful for the design and maintainance. The work is useful for preparing future work in decreasing its full-life cost.
