Vector Method for the Error Diagnosis of Extension Strut in a Variable-Axes Numerical Control Machine Tool

  • 摘要: 为了探索用球杆仪诊断变轴数控机床伸缩杆误差的方法, 根据球杆仪诊断传统数控机床误差的原理, 提出了基于轨迹圆的矢量法, 研究伸缩杆长度误差对动平台位置误差的影响. 利用伸缩杆长度误差测量数据, 通过图解法和位置正解的数值方法进行计算, 均证明矢量法正确. 该研究结果为应用球杆仪诊断变轴数控机床伸缩杆长度误差提供了可能

     

    Abstract: In order to explore methods for the error diagnosis of extension strut in the variable axes numerical control machine tool(VNCMT), the vector method based on path circle is put forward according to the principle of error diagnosis of conventional NC machine tools, and effects of extension struts on the platform is studied. Using the measured error of the extension struts, both the graphical method and numerical method were adopted, then vector method proved to be correct. This study offers the possibility for the error diagnosis of extension strut of such machine tools through the ball bar.
