摘要: 分析了当前数控自动编程系统的不足, 探讨了集成环境下数控自动编程系统的实现问题——与 CAPP的集成及智能化. 在基于网络环境的 PDM系统内, 以统一的特征建模方案与信息存取控制保证了系统的集成. 在系统通用性的实现上, 在前置模块中采用刀具轨迹专家系统, 既保证了良好的通用性, 又充分考虑到发挥不同机床的效益, 同时还可以选择适当的走刀参数, 为满足各类加工要求提供智能决策. 该方法适应了动态联盟、虚拟企业等先进制造理念的要求.Abstract: Analyzes current practice in NCP, pointing out some of their weaknesses. Ways of overcoming them are studied. Integration of NCP with other subsystems, especially with the CAPP system is first considered. To achieve universality, an expert system in the front module is developed to make all machine tools work efficiently, going beyond the traditional method. All of the above has been demonstrated with an NCP system. Functions of the system have shown to meet the needs of advanced manufacturing such as virtual enterprise.
