基于频率分析的激光多普勒微小振动测量
Leser Doppler Small Vibration Measurement Based on Frequency Analysis

摘要: 研究振动幅度小于激光半波长的微小振动的测量方法. 利用自己混合型半导体激光器的特点, 大大简化了干涉系统的光路结构. 同时, 根据激光多普勒振动测量原理, 分析了在波数σ<1后采用频率分析方法测量的合理性, 并实测了小到 90 nm的超声微小振动. 实验结果表明, 当最大多普勒频率等于振动频率时为该方法的测量极限.Abstract: A method of measuring small vibration with an amplitude lower than half that of the wavelength of laser is developed. The characteristic of self mixing semiconductor laser, which can predigest the light path structure of the interference system, is introduced. The principle of laser Doppler vibration measurement is introduced. The pertinence of measuring small vibrations with the frequency analysis method when the wave number σ<1 is analyzed, and the small ultrasonic vibration with only 90 nm amplitude is measured through the method. Experiments show that the limit of the method will be reached when the maximum Doppler frequency equals to the vibration frequency.
