发动机进气门流场数值模拟及其阻尼特性分析

Numerical Simulation of Air Flow in Engine Inlet Port and Resistance Characteristics Analysis

  • 摘要: 用任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)计算方法对发动机进气门附近的气体流动进行数值模拟研究;针对两种典型结构的进气门,在对气体流动进行数值模拟及阻尼特性进行分析的基础上,分别给出局部阻力因数与气门开度及初始条件的关系曲线,计算结果表明:圆角气门对流动有整流作用,并使气流阻力变小;而直角气门产生的涡流较强,能量损失大;故直角气门的局部损失因数较圆角气门的局部损失因数大得多,计算结果与传统设计基本吻合,从而为发动机进气道及气门的气动设计提供了新方法。

     

    Abstract: ALE algorithm is used to simulate air flow and the resistance characteristics in an engine inlet port. The simulation pictures the process of air flow through the engine inlet port. For two typical inlet ports, the simulation pictures the relationships of local resistance factor with the opening of inlet port and the initial condition. Compared with traditional design data, the results of simulation are dependable on the whole.
