基于TPU模块的无刷直流电机控制器

Brushless DC Motor Controller Based on TPU Module

  • 摘要: 设计了以带有时间处理单元(TPU)的摩托罗拉微控制器(MCU)为核心的无刷直流电机控制器,采用以摩托罗拉MCU中TPU模块的PIO和PWM功能实现无刷直流电机控制的方法,设计出控制电路,驱动电路,保护电路及控制软件,该控制器在车辆自动操作系统中得到了应用,实验结果表明控制器硬件简单,软件实用,实时性强。

     

    Abstract: A design of brushless DC (BLDC) motor controller, which is based on the Motorola time processor unit (TPU) module, is presented. A method of controlling BLDC by Motorola MCU (micro control unit) TPU module with DIO and PWM function is introduced. New ways of designing control, driving, protection circuits and software are also introduced. The controller is applied to the auto shift control system. Experiment results show that the hardware is simple and the software is feasible and effective.
