扩菌沸石抗菌效果实验方法的研究和改进

Experimental Method for the Antibacterial Effect of Antibacterial Zeolite

  • 摘要: 采用液相离子交换法制备13X载铜抗菌沸石,对指标菌大肠杆菌(8099)、绿脓杆菌(ATCC27853)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6583)以及蜡样芽孢杆菌进行了抗菌试验,完善了抗菌沸石杀菌率量化的实验方法。结果表明该改性沸石抗菌效果优异,杀菌率均达到99.99%以上。

     

    Abstract: X Cu 2+ carrying antibacterial zeolite was prepared through liquid phase ion exchange. The antibacterial properties of this Cu antibacterial zeolite against Escherichia coli (8099), Bacterium pyocyaneum (ATCC27853), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538) and Bacillus cereus were found to be excellent. The antibacterial rates attained were found to be in excess of 99 99%. Furthermore, experimental method of quantifying the antibacterial rate was improved.
