含铝炸药爆轰数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulations of the Detonation of Aluminized Explosives

  • 摘要: 对含铝炸药25nm和50nm圆试验进行了二维爆轰数值模拟,标定了含铝炸药JWL状态方和反应速率方程参数,为检验含铝炸药爆轰模型及其相关参数的合理性,对含铝炸药驱动金属平板试验进行了二维爆轰数值模拟,得到了与实验值相符合的结果,分析了铝粉在炸药爆轰中的反应情况和约束条件对含铝炸药爆轰性能的影响。结果表明,铝粉主要在爆轰后期与炸药爆轰产物反应释放能量。

     

    Abstract: A detonation model of aluminized explosives was developed. 2D numerical simulations for 25 mm and 50 mm cylinder tests were conducted. The coefficients of JWL equations of state and the reaction rate of the aluminized explosives were determined. To check the validity of the detonation model of aluminized explosives and the correlation coefficients, numerical simulations of the metal plate acceleration tests were conducted. The calculation results agree well with the experimental results. The reactions of aluminum and the influences of the charge conditions on the explosive detonation performances were analyzed. The results show that most of the aluminum content reacts with the detonation products in the later part of detonation.
