Design and Implementation of a Cable Computer Tomography Online Detecting System

  • 摘要: 研制用于工业CT电缆在线检测的计算机应用系统。通过x,y轴扫描寻找差值变异识别介质,然后实时生成各介质截面图像的方法,替代传统的环行扫描成像的方法。根据检测现场条件和计算机运行的速度等,选择局部平滑滤波算法降低噪声对图像准确的影响。完成了系统设计和测试,提高了在线系统的实时性和准确性。

     

    Abstract: To develop a computer application set up oriented at industrial CT for cable online detection. Through scanning along the x and y axes, the deviation is found to distinguish the media, and then the section image of each medium is constructed in real time, thus replacing the traditional method of armillary scanning to construct the image, and to complete the system detection. According to the conditions of detection, speed of the computer and other conditions, smoothing filter arithmetic is chosen to reduce the impact of noise on the accuracy of images. The system design and test is completed and the real time accouracy characteristics of online system are enhanced using the discussed methods in combination.
