微型滚子减速器的传动比计算

The Calculation for the Transmission Ratio of the Miniature Roller Reducers

  • 摘要: 研究一种体积小,重量轻,结构简单的微型滚子减速器。利用摩擦学的基本理论和等效机构理论,对提出的微型滚子减速器进行运动设计,给出了微型滚子减速器的等效机构及其传动比计算公式。结果表明,传动比的大小与滚子的数目和直径有关。三排三点接触式有利于传动比的调整和承载能力的提高,是一种理想的结构形式。

     

    Abstract: A kind of miniature roller reducer with small volume, light weight and simple structure was studied. The kinematic design of miniature roller reducers was approached based on the tribological principle and the theory of the equivalent mechanisms. The equivalent mechanisms were supplied and the transmission ratio equations were given. The results showed that the transmission ratio is relative to the number and the size of the rollers. The structure type with three row of rollers and three contacting points is advantageous to change the transmission ratios and to increase the load capacities.
