钨合金静液挤压过程应力应变场数值模拟

Stress-Strain Numerical Simulation Research on the Process of the Hydrostatic Extrusion for Tungsten Alloy

  • 摘要: 采用大变形弹塑性有限元理论,用ANSYS5.5软件对不同挤压参数下钨合金的静液压过程进行了数值模拟研究,建立了合理的计算模型。得出了试样内部应力应变场随模具角度,变形量,摩擦因数的变化规律,探讨了挤压过程中缺陷产生的原因,并根据数值模拟结果对钨合金静液挤压过程进行了优化设计。该研究可对实际的钨合金静液挤压过程参数设计提供了一定的理论指导。

     

    Abstract: The large deformation elasticplastic theory and the software of ANSYS5 5 were used to study the process of the hydrostatic extrusion for the tungsten alloys. The calculation model was established, and the variation laws of the stress strain in the sample were obtained. And the reason why the defects occur during the process of hydrostatic extrusion was inquired into. The method of the optimum design for the process of hydrostatic extrusion for tungsten alloy was proposed. The results have directive purport on experiments.
