Exploration of a Method of Decreasing bit in Data Acquisition

  • 摘要: 研究量化过程的信息编码实时压缩问题,通过差值量化原理的推广和数据采集过程中的信息熵分析,降低ADC编码字长,实现量化过程的编码压缩。编码压缩方法分析、量化结果信息熵分析及实测信号压缩例证表明,该方法具有明显的实时信息压缩效果。通过细分残差的方法获得了量化精度的提高,同时可有效简化ADC及数据采集系统结构,提高采集过程的信息传输效率。

     

    Abstract: The question of information coding real time compression in quantization process was studied. On the basis of generalizing the principle of difference quantization and analyzing information entropy in data acquisition, coding bits of ADC were decreased, and coding compression in the quantization process was achieved. By analysis of coding compression method, analysis of information entropy in data acquisition and illustration of coding compression, it was showed that the method has obvious real time compression effect. The quantization precision was improved by subdivision error method. At the same time structures of ADCs and data acquisition systems were simplified, and the efficiency of information transmission in data acquisition was raised.
