一种高频时钟源的设计与实现

Design and Realization of a High Frequency Oscillator

  • 摘要: 研究了一种用于高速数据采集的频时钟源的设计与实现。方法在其物理实现中采用微带传输线的连接方式及多种抗干扰设计,进行了基于输入/输出缓冲参数特性模型的信号完整性分析及软件仿真。结果给出了示波器实测的高频时钟源输出结果。结论系统工作稳定可靠,能够满足各项性能指标要求。

     

    Abstract: Aim To design and realize a high frequency oscillator used in high speed data acquisition system. Methods The microstrip transmission line and multiple anti jamming methods were used in designing, and signal integrity analysis and software simulation based on input/output buffer information specification(IBIS) models were adopted. Results An output result from the high frequency oscillator viewed by the oscilloscope was given. The system is capable of outputting two differential ECL signals of 500 MHz or the frequency from some signal generator. Conclusion The system works steadily and meets the performance requirement.
