Abstract:
Aim To inqure into the application of modern spectrum estimation in radar signal spectrum estimation. Methods A dual sine wave signal was calculated by simulation with FFT and extending Prony method. Results The extending Prony method has higher frequency discrimination accuracy than FFT in the spectrum estimation field. Conclusion The extending Prony method can be applied in the radar signal estimation of Doppler frequency and phase, then moving parameters and moving locus can be estimated or calculated.
