直列式火工品装药的热烤试验设计及其研究

Study on Design of the Cook-off Test for Explosives Used in In -Line System

  • 摘要: 目的 设计有关直列式火工安全性热烤人装置,方法 用一维热爆炸模型进行模拟计算,结果 计算得到在钝感弹药的热烤实验中,弹壳内的炸药、推进剂及火药吕所处的环境温度、结论实验装置的设计是合理的,该试验设计可能达到直列式火工品在钝感弹药烤试验条件下的热环境,这一装置也适用于小尺寸弹药的模拟试验。

     

    Abstract: Aim To design a new device for the cook- off test safety of explosives used in in- line system. Methods One- dimension thermal explosion model was used to simulate. Results The environment temperature of explosives, propellants and initiator used in- line system in the cook - off test of insensitive munitions was calculated. Conclusion The design of the device is suitable and the device can realize the envirorument temperature of initiator in the cook- off test of munitions . This device is suited for simulating test on small size munitions.
