Abstract: Cascade of high speed real time FFT chips by a unified FFT algorithm was analyzed;the scaling algorithm and accuracy of FFT chip were analyzed;a realization scheme of high speed real time FFT system and measurement method of its performance were advanced;the accuracy of realized FFT system was calculated with measured data,and the results of measurement were the same as theory analysis.
