Abstract: Introduces a H-NTLA system for testing assessing and training children'slearning ability. The system represents the results of domestic theoretical research,incorporating in the meantime computer and image processing technology. The stan-dard adopted in this system is the H-NTLA test criteria. In its system design havebeen utilized features from image binarization processing, image and word indexing,animation and multipe interruption technology. Practical application has proved thesystem a success.
