Abstract: Thermodynamics of standard solubility product is concisely discussed on the hots of the International Standard ISO31-8: 1992 and China national standard GB3102.8-93. The paper then explicates the reasons why the standard solubility product should be expressed in terms of the molality of solace B instead of through concentration or amount-of-substance concentration of B.
