火箭发射导轨不平度的规律及影响

On the Statistic Property and Effect of Surface Errors of Rocket Launching Guide Tracks

  • 摘要: 研究了火箭发射导轨随机不平度的规律,用实测样本得到轨面随机不平度的功率谱密度函数;用傅里叶变换确定等效的由谐波函数叠加而成的准随机函数;把它作为导轨不平度的原函数计算火箭在其上运动时的动载荷。这种计算方法明显优于以往将导轨当作某种确定性函数所得的结果。

     

    Abstract: While moving along the lauching guide rail,a rocket sustains the action of dynanic loads resultin from the random uneveness of the rail,which is regarded as some definite function that can be applied to calculate the dynamic loads acting on the rocket.The paper gives a new way in such calculations. The spectral density function of the random uneveness of a launching guide can be deduced from the measured data.A quasi-random function in the form of a superposition of harmonic functions is introduced as the equivelent object function of the unevenes which is used to calculate the dynamic loads acting on the rocket.
