离子交换制作微透镜阵列交换电场的研究

摘要: 采用二元扩散理论分析离子流场,建立了电场辅助离子交换理论模型。借助计算机数值求解离子交换扩散方程,比较了单微透镜和微透镜阵列两种情况的电场分布,讨论了电场参数变化对微透镜形成的影响。Abstract: Binary diffusion theory is used to analyse electric field assisted ion-exchange.The diffusion equations are solved numerically for the problem of the gradient index planar microlens arrays in glasses.The influence of the openings'size,exchange duration,applied electric voltage and the interaction of the neighbouring elements in the array are analysed with the model of ionic current field.
