直喷式柴油机燃烧过程的二维数值模拟与研究

A Study on the Two Dimensional Numerical Simulation of Combustion in Direct Injection Diesel Engines

  • 摘要: 建立了模拟必分析直喷式柴油机缸内主要过程的轴对称二维模型,并编制了计算程序,采用亚网格尺度湍流模型,蒸发性液体射流喷雾模型,着火延迟斯模型,燃烧和排放的计算部分平衡流分法。并针对12150LK柴油机进行了计算,计算结果与实验结果相吻合,得到了比较重要的结论。

     

    Abstract: A two-dimensional axisymmetrical model is presented for the medeling and analysis of processes within the cylinder of direct injection died engines,and a computer program RESD-2D is devised. The SGS turbulent model is employed.The fuel spray is simulated by an evaporating liquid spray model,and an ignition delay model is added to simulate the ignition.The combustion and emission are computed by the method of partial equilibrium flow.The above scheme has been applied in the study of the direct injection diesel engine 12150L and the computed results are in good agreement with experimental findings.
