Microcomputer Control System for the Bonding Process of Composites

  • 摘要: 讨论了复合材料胶接过程微机控制系统的工作原理,硬件配置和软件设计,针对被控对象复杂变及难以建模的特点,采用了智能化变结构控制策略和容错技术以提高系统的运行可靠性。结果表明,该系统不仅消除了温度超调现象,大大降低了工件各点间的温差,而且获得了明显的节能效果。

     

    Abstract: Describes the operating principle, hardware configuation and software design of the microcomputer control system concerned.Due to the compliatcy and difficulty in the modelling of objects under control,the control system adopts an intelligent controller with baring structure, and exploits fault tolelance tolerance techniques to enhance the reliability of the system operation. Actual results show that not only the abnormality in temperatures at different sites is minimised, but the amount of energy consumption is also significantly decreased.
