用动力吸振器降低车辆内部的振动噪声

Reduction of Vibration and Interior Noise of Vehicle by a Dynamic Vibration Absorber

  • 摘要: 提出了一种大型复杂结构动力吸震器设计的高效方法,首先建立了车辆结构和车内声场的有限元模型,用声-固耦合的模态综合法预估了车内声场的声压级,之后,设计了一个动力吸振器,该吸振器安装在车结构的某一个子结构上,结果表明,该吸振器能够很有效地抑制整个车辆结构的振动,从而使车辆内部的噪声水平显降低,而且与实际测试结果也是一致的。

     

    Abstract: An effective method is given for designing dynamic vibration absorbers of large complex structures. The structure and interior sound field of a Vehicle are modelled by finite element method(FEM), and the interior noise level of the vehicle is predicted by coupled structure-sound modal synthesis method. An absorber is then designed to be mounted at the bottom of a substructure of the vehicle. As a result the absorber can effectively restrain the vibration of vehicle and markedly reduce the noise in the interior of the vehide. The adults of analysis are in good agreement with the test results.
