固体推进剂冲击起爆及其反应区本构方程的整体标定研究

Shock Initiation and Global Calibration of Constitutive Equation in Reaction Zone for a Solid Propellant

  • 摘要: 实验研究了压阻计对推进剂化学反应区流场的影响,在提高实验精度的前提下测得了改性双基推进剂冲击波起爆过程中的压力变化,利用拉氏分析技术得到了反应过程中的质点速度、反应度变化历史。在反应区整体标定的基础上,提出了改性双基推进剂的化学反应速率方程并进行了系数标定,同时对改性双基推进剂的一维起爆过程进行了数值模拟。

     

    Abstract: The influence of pressure gauges to the reaction flow field is studiedexperimentally. Pressure histories during the shock initiation process for amodified double based propellant is measured with enhanced accuracy. A newreaction rate equation for modified double based propellant is proposed, andthe coefficients in the equation are calibrated on the basis of a globalcalibration method. The shock initiation process is also simulated for thepropellant, and the results show that the calculation agrees well with themeasured histories.
