一种新型光学材料:EA光学塑料的研制

  • 摘要: 从电磁理论出发,讨论了光学塑料提高折射率.增加透过率,减小内应力三者的关系。讨论了合成双酚A-环氧丙烯酸双脂单体再与苯乙烯共聚制得的新型光学材料——EA光学塑料的结构确定,主要性能达到n_D=1.5836,γ=32,透过率大于90%,内应力小,分辨率高,可以用作成像透镜材料。

     

    Abstract: Relationship between the increase of refractive index and transmissivity and the decrease of bi-refringence of optical plastics is discussed on the basis of electromagnetic theory. The molecular design and the main properties of a new kind of optical plastics-EA optical plastics are described. The material was prepared successfully by the copolymerization of bisphenol A-epoxy-diacrylate with styrene, and represents a type of good lens material, having the following properties:nD=1.5836,r=32, T (transmissivity)<90%, having low internal stress and a high resolving power.
