水平连铸机电液微机控制系统及软件编制

An Electro -Hydraulic Microcomputer Controlled System for Horizontal Continuous Casting Machine and Its Software Development

  • 摘要: 描述了一种阀控马达驱动的水平连铸机微机控制系统.该系统采用速度闭环控制的双拉辊结构,通过试验分别调整两拉辊控制回路的参数,使它们的特性尽可能一致,解决了测速电机本身非线性误差大而又要求同步精度高的技术难题,同步精度达1%.动态特性测试结果表明:系统的频带为7Hz;在水平连铸机工作范围内,其幅相特性完全重合,幅值保持0 dB衰减;相位滞后不超过37°.另外,选用性能优良的位总线(BITBUS)微机,实现了拉坯曲线的产生,拉坯工艺参数的显示、打印、存储,事故处理与报警等功能.文中的定点不定间隔计算拉坯曲线、固定窗内数据比较判断三重点温度随机变化、人工键盘调整拉坯曲线参数以及按时间分时操作多任务等方法简单实用.实际运行证明系统性能稳定可靠。

     

    Abstract: A microcomputer controlled system for horizontal continuous casting machine driven by a servo-valve controlled hydraulic motor is introduced. Two withdrawing rolls with closed loop controlled speeds are adopted in the system. A difficult technical problem to be met with is that the system requires high accuracy in synchronization with the existence of a high in the tachogenerator. This is solved by adjusting the system parameters of two closed loop control circuits to make their performances as close as possible. The synchronization accuracy can reach 1%. The tested results of the system dynamic characteristics show that the frequency bandwidth of the system is 7 Hz. In addition, the system makes use of a BITBUS microcomputer having a high performance to realize the functions of giving command signal, display, print out, storage of technical parameters, treatment of defects and warning. The system has been put in use and running in a factory for one year.
