星载合成孔径雷达频率源

Frequency Sources for Satellite-Borne Synthetic Aperture Radars

  • 摘要: 阐述了星载合成孔径雷达频率源的国内外水平和发展趋势.讨论了三种实用的频率源.第一种是晶振倍频源;第二种是混合微波集成电路(HMIC)锁相频率合成器;第三种是采用单片微波集成电路(MMIC)的数字锁相频率合成器,这种源具有最小的体积和重量(减小10~100倍)、高的可靠性、低的功耗与成本,易于程控等优点,有广阔的应用前景。此外,还对我国星载合成孔径雷达频率源的发展提出了一些建议。

     

    Abstract: Three kinds of useful frequency sources are discussed, viz. The crystal oscillator-multiplying frequency sources; frequency sources in which both hybrid microwave integral circuit (HMIC) and phase-locked loop (PLL) are combined and the frequency sources where both monolithic-microwave integral circuit (MMIC)and digital PLL are combined. These sources possess many advatages: compactness. Light weight (a reduction to the order of 10 -- 100 times), highly reliability. Low cost & power consumption. Their application will have wonderful results. Besides, the paper suggests some proposals for the development of satellite-borne SAR frequency sources in China.
