Abstract: An automatic measurement system consisting of a multi - point strain measurement instrument and microcomputer is used to perform stress analysis of the frame , front bridge and rear bridge of a light truck under various loading conditions . Stress values and stress distribution curves can be expediently and accurately determined with this setup .
