Abstract: This paper introduces a robot problem-solving sysytem , which solves the problem of interaction of component goals in both vertical and horizontal directions . On the basis of the understanding the natural- language, it forms an action plan , dynamically allocates the operation space , and finally controls the execation of the plan . It can also answer guestions concerning the state of the system .
