Design and Study for a Brushless DC Motor Phase -Locked Servo Systems

  • 摘要: 介绍一种用于三相六状态无刷直流电动机(无位置传感器)的锁相伺服系统。文中重点介绍由D触发器和与或非门等组成的鉴频鉴相器工作原理和布尔代数模型、功率控制网络的简化模型。用计算机对系统进行仿真研究,找出了部分参数对系统动态性能的影响,并将仿真结果与样机试验进行了对比。

     

    Abstract: A phase- locked servo system , which is applicable to 3 - phase ,6 - state brushless DC motors ( without position transducers ), is introduced . The paper emphasizes on the operational principle of a frequency and phase detector consisting of D triggers and ANDORN gates , the Boolean algebra model and the reduced model for the power control network . The simulation study for the servo system is carried out by means of a computer system , and the effect of some parameters on the dynamics of the servo system is given . Finally , results of simulation are compared with test - results on the prototype .
