毫米波振荡功率合成电路的实验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH FOR MILLIMETER-WAVE OSCILLATED POWER-COMBINING CIRCUITS

  • 摘要: 文中先介绍了一般梯形多管振荡器,3~N振荡功率合成电路的结构及基本原理,然后给出作者在8mm波段实验用体效应管振荡器的具体结构,调试情况及所遇到的问题。由于对原型结构进行了一些改进,因此获得了较大功率输出及较好的合成功率。

     

    Abstract: The paper first introduces the structure and fundamental principle of operation for the Ladder Multidevice Power Combiner and the 3N Oscillated Power -Combining Cireuirts. Then the device structure aud adjustment procedure in the experiment are described for the Gunn diode combiner.Higher power output and combining efficiency are obtained in the experiment given above.
