涂层硬质合金刀片耐磨性能的研究

摘要: 作者用目前中国的几种较有代表性的涂层硬质合金刀片,加工高强度合金钢和碳素钢,进行了系统的切削试验。结果表明,涂层刀片的耐磨性明显地高于未涂层刀片,TiC涂层和多层刀片的耐用度最长。作者还在较宽的切削速度范围内,研究了涂层刀片的T—v规律,证实涂层刀片的耐用度曲线具有“驼峰”。此外,还对涂层刀片的耐磨性能的机理,进行了分析与解释。本文将有助于人们对涂层刀具的推广与认识。Abstract: Some typical kinds of coated carbide inserts made in China were systemar-tically tested and studied in cutting high-strenghth alloy steels and carbon steel. It has been made clear that coated carbide inserts have longer tool lives than uncoated inserts, especially the inserts with TiC or multi-layer coat-ings. The T-v relations of coated carbide inserts were also studied, and the "peak"characteristic of the T-v relation was made out. Based on the tests and atudies, some explanations and analyses on the mechanism of the wear resistance of coated carbide inserts are provided in this paper.lt is hoped that this psper would help the further application of and provide more information about coated carbide inserts
