基于模块化开放系统方法的巡飞器敏捷设计与集成方法研究

Research on Agile Design and Integration Method of Loitering Unit Based on Modular Open Systems Approach

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于模块化开放系统方法(MOSA)与民商产业链融合的巡飞器产品敏捷设计与集成方法. 深入研究美军模块化开放系统方法(MOSA),结合基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)方法论及工具,梳理巡飞器系统架构设计流程;基于民商产业链,快速完成系统硬件选型与方案设计;构建基于民商产业链的巡飞器系统架构开放性评估指标体系,为架构优化提供指导方向. 结果表明,该方法可以有效缩短巡飞器系统的研制周期、降低研制成本、促进系统能力的敏捷升级.

     

    Abstract: An agile design and integration method for loitering unit products based on the Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) and the integration of civil and commercial industrial chains is proposed. The U.S. military’s Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) is studied in depth, and in combination with the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology and relevant tools, the design process of the loitering unit system architecture is systematically sorted out. Relying on the civil and commercial industrial chains, the rapid design and integration of the system scheme are accomplished. An openness evaluation index system for the loitering unit system architecture based on the integration of civil and commercial industrial chains is established, which provides guidance for the optimization of the architecture. The results show that this method can greatly shorten the development cycle of the loitering unit system, reduce the development costs, and promote the agile upgrading of system capabilities.
