低空航行风险感知、评估与控制方法研究综述

A Review of Perception, Assessment and Control Methods of Low-Altitude Flight Risks

  • 摘要: 低空经济作为国家战略性新兴产业,其运行安全至关重要,但低空空域呈现出“高密度、高动态、高异构”的运行特征,使得航行风险增大. 现有研究多从单一技术或局部环节展开,尚缺乏对低空航行风险“感知−评估−控制”全链条的系统综述与综合分析. 为此,系统开展低空航行风险管控研究综述. 明确低空航行风险定义,剖析四类核心风险特征;全面梳理风险感知、评估与控制环节的研究进展;凝练出低空航行风险演化多尺度机理、多源异构数据融合感知、多风险耦合推演与评估、自适应风险控制等四方面关键科学问题;最后,展望低空航行风险感知、评估、控制技术的发展趋势. 旨在为低空航行风险管控与低空经济稳定发展提供系统性参考.

     

    Abstract: As a national strategic emerging industry, the safe operation of the low-altitude economy is of paramount importance. However, low-altitude airspace is characterized by high density, high dynamism, and high heterogeneity in its operations, thereby significant increasing flight safety risks. Existing studies focus on single technologies or partial aspects, lacking a systematic review and a comprehensive analysis of the full chain of perception, assessment and control technologies. This review systematically reviewed low-altitude flight risk management: the definition of low-altitude flight risk was clarified and four key categories of risks were analyzed. Then, the research progress in risk perception, assessment and control was summarized. Furthermore, four key scientific issues were identified, including multi-scale risk evolution mechanism, multi-source heterogeneous data fusion perception, multi-risk coupling inference and assessment, and adaptive risk control. Finally, an outlook on the development trends trends of low-altitude flight risk perception, assessment and control technologies presented. This review aims to provide a systematic reference for low-altitude flight risk management and low-altitude economy’s stable development.
