A Method for Evaluating Collaborative Effectiveness of Multiple Crew Members in Complex Collaborative Tasks

  • 摘要: 针对现阶段军事领域团队协作能力体系评估方法研究较少,且与作战任务关联性较弱等问题,以装甲车辆多乘员协作为背景构建一种基于模糊网络分析法的多乘员协同效能评估方法. 首先,逐层分解复杂协作任务形成“高内聚,低耦合”任务分解集获取能力需求;其次,以团队工作负荷理论为依托构建协同效能指标体系,利用模糊网络分析法综合考虑协同效能指标间的复杂影响关系进行能力相关性建模;再次,通过能力满足度分析法及可视化能力图谱实现多乘员协同效能评估;最后,通过想定案例验证评估方法可用性与有效性,该方法有效反映协同效能优势与缺口,有助于优化团队构成并辅助动态策略调整.

     

    Abstract: To address the problems of limited research on evaluating team collaboration capabilities in the military and the weak linkage with combat tasks, a multi-crew collaboration effectiveness evaluation method based on the fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) was developed, using armored vehicle crew collaboration as the context. First, complex collaborative tasks were decomposed hierarchically into a “high cohesion, low coupling” task set to define capability requirements. Then, leveraging team workload theory, a collaborative effectiveness index system was established, and FANP was used to model the intricate interdependencies among indice, enabling evaluation through capability satisfaction analysis and visual capability mapping. Finally, a scenario-based case study validated the method’s usability and effectiveness, demonstrating its ability to accurately reveal strengths and gaps in collaboration, optimize team composition, and support dynamic strategy adjustments for enhanced operational performance.
