Abstract:
Based on the data of engine factory and engine remanufacturing laboratory, a relationship model between engine remanufacturing process and remanufacturing engine usability was established in this paper, realizing quantitative evaluation to remanufacturing engine usability depend on remanufacturing technologic parameters. In order to solve the problem of quantitative evaluation of remanufacturing engine serviceability of armored equipment, the agent model modeling principle was introduced, and based on engine remanufacturing production and laboratory data, a remanufacturing engine serviceability evaluation agent model was constructed with a variety of remanufacturing key process parameters as input, which could approximate the remanufacturing engine serviceability level according to engine remanufacturing process parameters. Thus, a quantitative evaluation method was provided for the selection and optimization of the remanufacturing process of armored equipment engine. The effectiveness, ease of use and accuracy of the method are demonstrated by the comparison and analysis of the key parts of a certain armored equipment engine and the actual data being reliable and usable. Comparing with actual data, the analyzed results with the proposed evaluation method for several key friction pairs of the remanufactured engine validate the usability of the new method, and it can improve the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation.
