Analysis of Reflector Antenna Mechanical and Radiation Performance Based on NURBS

  • 摘要: 大型反射面天线在各类结构载荷作用下会发生变形,从而影响其电磁性能,一般通过机电耦合分析来评估力学载荷对电磁性能的影响. 针对传统机电耦合分析存在的模型异构、网格转换过程繁琐、几何精度损失,进而导致的分析效率低和效果差的问题,本文提出了一种采用非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)进行几何建模、结构计算及电磁分析的机电耦合分析框架,通过案例证明了本方法的便捷性和高效性,为计算结构载荷作用下的反射面天线辐射方向图和天线机械误差研究提供了有力的工具.

     

    Abstract: Large reflector antennas are deformed under various structural loads, which will deteriorate their electromagnetic performance. Electro-mechanical analysis is often used to predict the impact of loads on electromagnetic performance. To deal with the problems of low analysis efficiency and poor effect caused by heterogeneous models, trivial grid conversion process and loss of geometric accuracy in traditional electromechanical coupling methods, in this paper, an electromechanical coupling analysis framework was proposed based on non-uniform rational B-splines (NURBS) for geometric modeling, structural and electromagnetic analysis, and the convenience and efficiency of this method were proved by cases. This framework provides a powerful tool for radiation pattern analysis of mechanically distorted reflector antennas and antenna tolerance research.
