Abstract:
It is of great significance for improving the protection capability of ships to study the dynamic response and impact resistance of metal sandwich panel subjected to underwater explosion. An equivalent underwater explosion impact loading device was used in the impact experiments on the double-layer pyramid lattice sandwich panel, and the dynamic response law of the panel was obtained. ABAQUS coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian method was used to calculate the experimental results. The error between the calculated results and the experimental results was small and the validity of the simulation was verified. The different response laws for multi-layer sandwich panels with different parameters were analyzed by simulation. The results show multi-layer sandwich panels have stronger impact resistance than single-layer sandwich panels; the impact resistance of the sandwich panel with a thinner front panel and a thicker rear panel is stronger; for the three-layer sandwich panel, the rear panel deformation is smaller when the density arrangement order is
BAC and
ABC, and the impact resistance of the sandwich panel arranged by
CBA is the weakest.
