煤粒瓦斯放散模型及规律研究

Study on Model and Law of Gas Emission in Coal Particle

  • 摘要: 为了更准确地描述煤粒瓦斯的放散过程,设计了有限空间内煤粒瓦斯放散实验.实验结果表明瓦斯累积放散量倒数与时间n次方倒数成线性关系,且拟合度达到0.99以上,由此得出了煤粒瓦斯的放散模型.以达西定律为基础,构建了有限空间内瓦斯放散数学模型,采用有限差分编程解算,得到了与实验对应压力下,瓦斯流动过程中累积放散量及放散速度随时间的变化规律.通过对比分析,理论上验证了煤粒瓦斯放散模型的准确性,模拟结果与实验结果较好的吻合也进一步证实了瓦斯在煤粒中的流动符合达西定律.

     

    Abstract: In order to describe the process of gas emission in coal particle more accurately, the experiment of gas emission in coal particle in limited space was designed.The results showed that the reciprocal of gas accumulated emission amount was linear to that of nth power of time, and the fitting degree was above 0.99, from which the gas emission model in coal particle was obtained.The mathematical model of gas emission in limited space was constructed based on Darcy law, and the changes of cumulative emission amount and emission velocity with time in gas flow process under corresponding pressure in experiment were obtained by means of finite difference method and programming.The accuracy of the model of gas emission in coal particle was verified theoretically by comparative analysis.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results and further demonstrate that the gas flow in coal particle accords with Darcy law.
