熔融离心法分离退役梯黑铝炸药TNT组分的实验探究

Study on Separation of TNT From Waste or Obsolete TNT/ RDX/Al Explosive by Melting Centrifugal Method

  • 摘要: 为探索用低成本且操作简单的方法对废弃梯黑铝混合炸药中的有效成分进行回收利用,根据TNT与RDX和铝粉熔点的差异,设计了利用离心场从熔融梯黑铝中分离出TNT的方法.结果表明,熔融离心分离的最佳条件为:温度85℃~90℃,转速2 500~3 000 r/min,时长30~40 min;用离心法分离出的TNT回收率为79%~82%,纯度为95%~98%.

     

    Abstract: In order to recycle the valuable ingredients in the waste or obsolete TNT/RDX/Al explosive by low-cost method and simple operation, according to the difference of melting point among TNT, RDX and aluminum powder, a method for separating TNT from molten TNT/RDX/Al explosive by centrifugal field is designed. The results show that the optimal conditions for separation are:temperature 85℃~90℃, rotation speed 2 500~3 000 r/min, duration 30~40 min; The TNT recovery by centrifugation is 79% to 82%, and the purity is 95% to 98%.
