射频前端强电磁脉冲防护研究进展

Relevant Research on Electromagnetic Pulse Protection of RF Front-End

  • 摘要: 未来战争条件下,人为产生的强电磁环境的攻击对通信系统构成了重大威胁,其射频前端电路在强电磁脉冲环境条件下,极易出现性能降级和损毁,导致通信系统工作异常甚至完全失效.因此,研究强电磁环境效应以及强电磁脉冲防护理论与方法,对于提高通信装备在强电磁环境下的生存能力具有重要的意义.文中阐述和分析了射频前端强电磁脉冲防护的的研究内容,并围绕电磁脉冲效应研究、电磁脉冲防护技术研究、电磁脉冲防护标准与效能评估这3个基本内容,从理论分析、建模仿真和实验评价等角度对现阶段国内外开展的电磁脉冲防护研究工作进行了概述和分析,并对射频前端强电磁防护的研究方向和研究重点进行了展望.

     

    Abstract: The electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weapons have brought forward a severe challenge to the communication system,especially the radio frequency (RF) front-end circuit.The RF front-end circuit is the key part of the vulnerable link under the strong EMP attack.It is of great significance for the communication system to improve the overall capacity of electromagnetic protection.In this paper,the research content of the EMP protection in the RF front end was analyzed.In terms of three basic elements,namely electromagnetic pulse effect research,electromagnetic pulse protection technology,and electromagnetic compatibility standard,the studies were summarized,including simulation modeling,experimental testing,and protection strategies at home and abroad.Finally,several frontier problems with EMP protection were also summarized,which maybe provide some references for the future researches and applications.
