液黏调速系统控制参数整定方法的研究

A Control Parameter Tuning Method for Hydro-Viscous Driver System

  • 摘要: 液黏调速离合器是液黏调速系统的核心控制元件,由于其具有比较严重的非线性和滞后性,所以控制参数的设定对其转速控制系统的性能具有非常重要的影响. 本文针对某车辆温控系统中的液黏调速离合器,研究了转速闭环系统中PID控制参数的整定方法,主要采用的是二层优化的控制框架,以模型辨识为出发点,利用辨识得到的模型完成控制参数的自整定过程. 仿真和实际系统的台架试验表明,在液黏调速系统中,可以根据所需的性能指标,通过运用该整定方法获得较好的控制参数,从而使闭环系统取得相对均衡的动态特性、稳定性和抗干扰性.

     

    Abstract: Hydro-viscous speed clutch is a central control element of the driver system. And because of nonlinearities and hysteresis of the clutch, the setting of control parameters will significantly impact on the performance of the speed control system. In this paper, a tuning method of PID controller parameters for the closed-loop speed control system was investigated to be applicable for a hydro-viscous speed clutch of certain vehicle temperature control system. Employing a two-storey optimized control framework, the resulting model from identification was found to be able to complete the self-tuning of control parameters. Simulation and experimental results show that this self-tuning method can get a group of parameters in terms of a desired performance index, which can reach the balance of dynamic characteristics, stability and anti-jamming in closed-loop system.
