斜盘式及涡旋式压缩机对电动汽车热泵空调系统制热性能的影响

Heating Performance of Heat Pump Air Conditioning System with Scroll and Swash Plate Compressor

  • 摘要: 设计了用于电动汽车的热泵空调试验平台,利用步入式低温环境试验舱,研究了不同环境温度下涡旋式压缩机和斜盘式变排量压缩机对热泵空调系统性能和车室内平均温度的影响. 试验结果表明:采用涡旋式压缩机的热泵空调系统,车室内平均温度随时间以近似开口向上的抛物线规律增加;而采用斜盘式变排量压缩机的系统,车室内平均温度随时间以开口向右的抛物线规律增加. 高压管路内工质的温度和压力变化趋势与车室内平均温度变化趋势类似. 在一定的环境温度下,随着压缩机转速的增加,车室内达到舒适温度的时间变短.

     

    Abstract: The effects of the scroll compressor and the variable displacement swash plate compressor on the average temperature in the electric vehicle cabin and the performance of the heat pump air conditioning system were studied under different environment temperature. The experiments were carried out on an experiment platform designed for the heat pump air conditioning system of electric vehicle. The research results show that the average temperature in the cabin increases with time along the rightwards parabolic curve when the heat pump air conditioning system makes use of the variable displacement swash plate compressor, and the temperature increases with time along the upwards parabolic curve when the heat pump air conditioning system makes use of the scroll compressor. At the constant ambient temperature, the cabin comfortable temperature achieves in less time with the increasing of the compressor rotation speed.
